Refund policy

I want you to love your jewelry! If something isn’t right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Items need to be unworn and in their original condition. Please email me first at OctaJayDesigns@gmail.com so I can help.

Return shipping is paid by the buyer, unless your item arrived damaged or I made a mistake.

Soap can’t be returned once it’s been used.

Custom pieces, like sized rings and anything made in your Pride colors, are made just for you, so they can’t be returned for a refund. But if it doesn’t fit or isn’t quite what you pictured, let me know! I’ll make you another one that fits or that you like better.
